Our learning platform (nsctc.moodlecloud.com) collects standard learning-management data including course progress, quiz scores, and login activity. This data stays in the learning platform and is not used for any other purpose.
We use your information to deliver the services you've asked for — answering your email, providing the training you've enrolled in, issuing certifications, and communicating about your learning. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit permission.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver the service you've requested (for example, reporting completion to a certification body when you pass a certification exam) or where required by Canadian law.
All data is stored on servers located in Canada, subject to Canadian privacy law including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
