Create Your Cisco Networking Academy Account

Go to netacad.com and click “Sign up”

Open netacad.com in your browser. In the top-right corner of the page, click Sign up (next to the Login button).

Choose how you want to sign up

You can sign up with an existing Google account for a faster setup, or create a new account directly with Cisco. Either option works for NSCTC's courses.

• Sign up with Google — uses your existing Google sign-in, no new password to remember.
• Create New Account — sign up directly with Cisco using your own email address.

Enter your location and year of birth

If you chose Create New Account, Cisco will first ask for some basic details:

Fill these in and click Continue.

Enter your name, email, and password

On the next screen, fill in:

Use an email address you check regularly — Cisco will send a verification link there. Click Create Account when you're done.

Verify your email address

Check your inbox for a message from Cisco Networking Academy and click the verification link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Log in and enroll in your NSCTC course

Once verified, log in at netacad.com. NSCTC will provide either a direct enrollment link or a class/course key for your specific pathway (Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, Network Technician, IT Support Specialist, or the Combined track) — enter it under Enroll in a Course in your NetAcad dashboard to get access to your class materials.
